We manage the entire demolition process, including:

• Permitting & Approvals
  We coordinate directly with local city and county agencies to secure all required demolition permits for homes, buildings, and other structures.
• Utility Coordination
  Demolition involves more than simply shutting off services. Gas, water, and electrical utilities must be properly disconnected and terminated at the source. We work closely with utility providers and the local fire department to ensure all inspections and approvals are completed before work begins.
• Hazardous Material Identification & Removal
  Older structures often contain materials now considered hazardous, such as asbestos in flooring, ceilings, duct insulation, or siding. When present, we coordinate proper abatement prior to demolition. We also handle the safe removal of items like underground fuel oil tanks when necessary.
• Pre-Demolition Due Diligence
  Before any work begins, we verify that the property is clear of liens or encumbrances. We also coordinate with historical preservation authorities to confirm the structure is not designated as a protected site. From planning and compliance to final teardown, we take care of every detail so your project moves forward safely and without delays.
• Dust & Debris Control
  Watering, air monitoring (if applicable), and general containment to minimize environmental impact.
• Debris Removal & Recycling
  Hauling, sorting, and recycling of demolition materials (concrete, metal, wood).
• Concrete Removal & Crushing
  Breaking and removing foundations, slabs, and pavement—optionally recycling into usable material.
• Back filling & Site Restoration
  Bringing the site back to grade after demolition so it’s ready for the next phase.
