Weis Builders in Minneapolis is seeking an experienced estimator focused on sitework. You will lead the estimating effort for civil/site projects, prequalify subcontractors, and develop competitive proposals while supporting preconstruction and client relationships.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering or related field with 2 years estimating experience, plus familiarity with On-Screen Takeoff, AGTEK, Sage Estimating, bid platforms, and CRM tools.
