Controls Project Manager to join their Minneapolis, MN team.
This role is responsible for overseeing controls-driven projects across lighting, IoT integrations, and building management systems.

- Title: Controls Project Manager
- Location: Minneapolis, MN (in-office presence required at least 4 days/week)
- Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 + discretionary bonus
- Travel: Up to 10%

- Lead client engagement through product selection, budgeting, coordination, and project logistics.
- Manage project scope, schedules, and cost performance from initial kickoff to closeout.
- Collaborate with building owners, engineers, subcontractors, manufacturers, and vendor partners.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and progress reports.
- Prepare, submit, and track change orders when required.
- Negotiate labor pricing and oversee field resource assignments.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Experience as a Controls Project Manager or similar role within building systems.
- Technical understanding of smart building controls, lighting controls, or BAS systems
. - Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with construction trades.
- Skilled in project scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiarity with product lines like Tridium or Distech is an advantage.
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 (DOE) + discretionary bonus
