Commercial Construction Superintendent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Construction Superintendent located in the Minneapolis Metro. The Superintendent will manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing work crews, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating with project managers and clients, managing resources, and maintaining detailed project documentation.

• Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction Safety
• Strong Organization Skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus
