Construction Scheduler – Heavy Civil Projects Minneapolis

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and manage integrated project schedules across all phases—from preconstruction to final turnover
  • Track progress, identify risks, and proactively address delays and schedule impacts
  • Partner with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure accurate and realistic schedules
  • Perform time impact analyses and build schedule fragments for scenario planning
  • Lead and facilitate pull-planning sessions with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Drive schedule review meetings and communicate key updates to project leadership
  • Integrate data from project activities (change orders, RFIs, procurement, submittals, etc.) into the schedule
  • Prepare and deliver clear, actionable schedule reports
  • Support earned value analysis (EVM), cost/resource loading, and claims analysis

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of scheduling experience on heavy civil or infrastructure projects
  • Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Experience supporting projects such as:
    • Roads, bridges, tunnels
    • Rail and transit
    • Water/wastewater or utilities
  • Solid understanding of construction workflows, sequencing, and project controls
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
