Schoenfelder Renovations, Inc. Minneapolis, MN Nationwide Projects

Our Company

For more than three decades, Schoenfelder Renovations has been transforming existing commercial properties across the country. Since our beginnings in 1991 as Schoenfelder Painting, we have completed more than 18,640 projects in hospitality, senior living, student housing, multi-family, restaurant, healthcare and retail.

Led by CEO Mark Schoenfelder, we are licensed in 48 states and headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with experienced Project Managers, Site Supervisors and estimators who mobilize project-specific teams wherever the work is.

Most of our projects take place in occupied buildings. We work alongside ownership and property management well before the first wall comes down, developing phasing plans, cost breakdowns and live schedules so our clients can keep operating and keep revenue in the building.

Our Core Values
  • Extreme Ownership and Accountability - own the outcome, not just the assignment.
  • Solutions-Focused - bring answers and alternatives, not just problems.
  • Open Communication - be direct, timely and honest with clients and each other.
  • Teamwork and Mutual Success - individual success and company success carry equal weight.
  • Servant Leadership - support the people doing the work and clear obstacles.
  • Safety and Quality Workmanship - prioritize safety, training and craftsmanship on every project.
