Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain clear communication and resolve issues proactively.
- Coordinate and supervise all field staff and subcontractor work, ensuring compliance with design plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, schedules, safety logs, and punch lists.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction, with at least 2 years in a superintendent or field leadership role.
- Deep understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and scheduling tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
