PTR Global is seeking an experienced Network Construction Manager (Fiber/OSP) for a long-term contract on a hybrid basis in Minneapolis, MN. You will lead fiber/OSP construction from pre-planning to closeout, coordinating with engineering, permitting, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
The role requires 5+ years in telecom/construction, 2+ years leading crews, and strong OSHA safety knowledge. Proficiency in MS Office and PM software is expected.
