Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Laborers/Groundmen to join their team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. These individuals will work on aerial and underground construction projects, developing new skills in a safety-minded environment. The ideal candidates are hands-on problem solvers who enjoy challenging tasks and are looking for long-term growth in telecom construction. • Wage: $18-$21 per hour, based on licenses and experience

• At least 1 year of experience working outdoors, preferably in a utilities/construction environment
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, independently and consistently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record for the past 3 years (CDL preferred)
• Willing and able to get a DOT Med Card if needed
• Open to travel M-F per diem (up to 50% within MN/WI and 50+ hours per week, depending on the weather)
• Team-oriented and willing to work in the field alongside your crew
