Project Engineer, Civil Engineering

• Process RFIs and submittals so 95% close within contractual windows and field crews never wait on answers.
• Keep Procore logs, drawings, and as-builts current so the team always works from the latest information.
• Track extras, change orders, and quantities so the Project Manager has real-time cost visibility.
• Coordinate subcontractor questions and site issues daily to prevent rework and delays.
• Support weekly look-aheads and schedule updates that keep the critical path accurate.

You report to the Project Manager and work side-by-side with Superintendents, PEs, and trade partners on active Minneapolis-area jobs. You will use Procore, Bluebeam, and standard Microsoft tools with full access to experienced mentors and a culture built on safety, integrity, and accountability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of general-contractor project-engineer experience on multifamily, hospitality, or commercial work.
• Demonstrated ability to run RFI/submittal cycles and maintain accurate digital logs.
• Working knowledge of construction sequencing, contracts, and field coordination.
• Clear written and verbal communication with owners, architects, and trades.

• Diverse, high-visibility projects (market-rate and affordable multifamily, hotels, mixed-use) in a growing 50–200 person firm.
• Direct exposure to PMs and Superintendents who develop talent into future leaders.
