We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Web Content Strategy, Writing, and QA Specialist to support a major internal website revamp. This hands‑on role focuses on content development, quality assurance, copyediting, metadata management, and SEO collaboration. You will work closely with brand stakeholders, content SMEs, and developers to ensure high-quality execution of web content.

• Draft, update, and refine web content with SMEs.
• Advise on content structure, hierarchy, and relevance for optimal user experience.
• Conduct QA on newly built pages, document issues, and coordinate with developers.
• Manage metadata and organize assets for developer access.
• Copyedit content for clarity, consistency, voice, and tone.
• Collaborate with SEO experts to optimize page content.

• Excellent writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in QA for digital content or websites.
• Familiarity with metadata and asset management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with developers, designers, and SMEs.
• Understanding of information architecture principles.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (creating templates, master slides, paragraph styles).
• Ability to create or edit simple graphics following brand standards.

Flexible; must be available during the day for team meetings.
