Photogrphers - Graduation Ceremonies

Grad Images® is a division of Balfour & Co. and is seeking dependable, energetic individuals to join our team as Photographers for graduation events in and around Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.

📍 All candidates will first complete a brief phone interview. Qualified applicants will then be invited to an in‑person interview locally between March and April. Each area will have a set interview date on either a Saturday or Sunday. Applicants will be contacted with their scheduled date, time, and location.

This is a great opportunity to earn part‑time income while being part of once‑in‑a‑lifetime milestone celebrations. Photographers typically earn $90+ per event. Events generally last 3–5 hours. Mileage, tolls, and parking fees are reimbursed.

Open or flexible availability during these months is strongly preferred. Graduation events are often on weekends, but not always.

• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to events (mileage reimbursed)
• At least 1 year of DSLR camera experience

• Conservative business suit
• Dark colors only (to keep focus on graduates)
• Hair must be natural‑looking, clean, and neatly styled
• No non‑traditional hair colors
• No facial piercings
• Tattoos must be fully covered at all times

• Use Nikon DSLR equipment (provided)
• Capture high‑quality posed and candid images
• Set up and tear down photography equipment
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth event flow
• No editing or post‑processing required
• New photographers may begin by shadowing or assisting during initial events as part of training
