Motion Graphics Designer who loves great motion, sharp storytelling, and bringing brands to life through movement. You’ll be the motion engine behind our marketing, creating scroll‑stopping, brand‑defining animations across social, web, ads, campaigns, and launches.

What You’ll Be Making- Eye‑catching motion graphics and videos for social, paid ads, web, email, and campaigns
- Brand‑forward animations that help define and evolve Anaplan’s motion language
- Product videos, promos, explainers, and launch assets
- Platform‑optimized cutdowns and variations (because one size never fits all)
- Thoughtful motion that pairs beautifully with copy, sound, and design
- Collaborate with brand designers, marketers, and copywriters to turn ideas into compelling motion
- Translate creative briefs (and sometimes loose ideas) into polished animations
- Animate typography, graphics, UI elements, and illustrations with intention and style
- Create motion across both 2D and 3D, choosing the right approach for each project
- Design animations for real‑world delivery, including HTML5 and Lottie formats
- Edit video content, including timing, basic sound design, and visual polish
- 3+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or video (marketing or brand experience preferred)
- Strong skills in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience working across 2D and 3D animation
- Hands‑on experience animating for HTML5 and Lottie, or a strong understanding of lightweight, web‑friendly motion
- A strong eye for timing, pacing, typography, and storytelling
- Comfort juggling multiple projects in a fast‑moving team
- A portfolio that shows range, taste, and personality
- Have experience with performance marketing or ad creative
- Think about motion as part of a broader brand system
- Work in Cinema 4D, Blender, or another 3D tool
- Comfortable working in Adobe Express to help scale and adapt creative across teams
- Obsess (in a good way) over transitions, micro‑interactions, and polish
- Work on a wide variety of creative marketing projects with real impact
- Collaborate with a supportive, creative, and cross‑functional team
