Position: CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Street Factory Media is seeking a Creative Director to lead and elevate our creative output across experiential marketing, fabrication-driven builds, large-scale brand activations, and content extensions based on the work.

This role is for a hands‑on creative leader. Someone who can inspire teams, sell ideas, and guide work from early concepting through real-world execution. You bring strong creative instincts, sound business judgment, an eternally curious mind, and a deep appreciation for how ideas translate into physical experiences.

You are equally comfortable leading the room internally and with clients, collaborating cross‑functionally with other departments, and rolling up your sleeves to push the work forward. Let’s build unforgettable experiences together.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stay deeply connected to culture, design, technology, and experiential trends, translating insights into scalable, brand-relevant concepts.
  • Lead primary agency creative efforts including concept development, client pitches, and creative execution across experiential, environmental, and fabricated work.
  • Serve as a creative point of accountability from pitch through production, ensuring ideas maintain integrity while adapting to real-world constraints and budgets.
  • Act as a confident, compelling client‑facing leader who can articulate complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and redirect creatively when needed.
  • Partner closely with Business Development and Production teams to understand client goals, timelines, and budgets, delivering creative solutions aligned to scope and feasibility.
  • Review, revise, and approve creative content and presentations, providing clear, actionable feedback that elevates both the work and the team.
CREATIVE TEAM MANAGEMENT
  • In partnership with the Executive Creative Director, help direct, mentor, and develop the agency’s creative team across disciplines.
  • Set a high bar for creative quality, craft, and consistency while fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented creative culture.
  • Balance leadership with individual contribution, remaining actively involved in concepting, creative problem‑solving, and key moments throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Support the growth and evolution of creative processes, systems, and standards as the agency continues to scale.
EXECUTION
  • Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executable, scalable, and grounded in material reality.
  • Offer creative insight into materials, finishes, construction approaches, and emerging fabrication techniques to unlock new possibilities.
  • Provide art direction and creative guidance during production as needed to maintain design intent through build, install, and activation.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of creative experience in agency environments, with leadership responsibility across varied client portfolios.
  • Proven ability to concept, pitch, and deliver creative work across experiential, brand, and integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, client dynamics, and executional realities.
  • Hands‑on creative leader with experience guiding interdisciplinary teams and collaborating closely with production and fabrication partners.
