We are seeking a Video Technician who thrives in fast-paced live event environments and takes pride in delivering flawless technical execution.

You will play a critical role in preparing, deploying, operating, and maintaining professional video systems for live events nationwide. This position supports everything from projection and LED systems to playback, switching, and camera operations.

This is an ideal role for someone looking to continue growing within the live event production industry while working alongside elite-level production professionals.

• 2–4+ years of experience in live event video production or a similar role
• Experience operating professional video systems in live event environments
• Strong understanding of playback systems, video switching, projection, LED walls, and camera systems
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively under pressure
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication across teams and stakeholders
• Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required

• Experience leading or assisting onsite video crews
• Experience with large-format projection systems and LED walls
• Familiarity with event networking and video distribution systems
• Certifications or formal training related to professional video systems
• Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Power Point
