Creative Producer

We are seeking a talented Creative Producer to lead multi‑channel creative production from concept through to post‑production. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various creative resources to deliver compelling campaigns.

• Lead integrated creative production projects, ensuring alignment from concept through delivery.
• Source and negotiate with internal and external creative resources, including photographers, directors, and editors.
• Manage production logistics with a focus on guest experience and enterprise alignment.
• Demonstrate critical thinking to connect and align all work effectively.
• Build production capabilities and foster collaboration among creative teams.

• 5+ years of experience in multi‑media creative production, including photography and video.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects and ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to facilitate teamwork and creative discussions.
• Flexibility to travel as needed, including weekends.

• Experience in both brand‑side and agency‑side production is a plus.
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics can enhance project execution.
• A four‑year college degree in a relevant field is preferred.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement. The pay range for this role is $31 – $64 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
