Summary
The Video Producer leads end-to-end video production for enterprise communications - from concept and scripting through shoot logistics, budget management, and final delivery - partnering with stakeholders across all business lines to translate corporate strategy into compelling visual stories for internal and external audiences.
Essential Job Functions- Lead pre-production: concept development, scripting, storyboarding, shot lists, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Manage the full production lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects for three business lines simultaneously.
- Direct on-location and studio shoots; manage crews, freelancers, and external vendors as needed.
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment for interviews, events, b-roll, and studio production across all three business lines.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos - corporate, training, social, executive, and event recap content - using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools.
- Partner with corporate communications, marketing, and business-line leaders to align video content with strategic messaging and brand standards.
- Manage production budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
- Ensure legal, compliance, and brand review processes are followed (talent releases, music licensing, accessibility/captioning).
- Track and report on content performance and production KPIs to leadership.
- Partner closely with the Videographer/Editor on shot planning and field execution.

Education And Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Communications, Media Production, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of video/media production experience in enterprise, agency, or broadcast environments.
Skills And Abilities
- Demonstrated strategic vision that translates stakeholder needs into clear and compelling creative assets for a range of audiences.
- Proven track record managing multiple concurrent productions on time and on budget.
- Strong project management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder communication skills.
- Working knowledge of production equipment and post-production workflows
- Experience producing content for varied purposes: executive/internal comms, external marketing, training, and social.
- Ability to travel up to 25-30% to support business-line shoots and events.
