Visual Designer

• Create accessible interaction components, screen layouts, style guides, pattern libraries, icons, images, and other visual assets for approved projects.
• Apply and maintain brand visual and interaction standards across new products and campaigns.
• Present design concepts and clearly communicate design direction to team members and partners.
• Partner with front-end development teams to help ensure designs are implemented as intended and aligned with brand standards.
• Review design deliverables from peers to help maintain consistency and quality across work products.
• Contribute to an engaging user experience through thoughtful use of typography, layout, color, imagery, and space.

• Experience in visual design for digital products or similar interactive experiences.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color, imagery, and composition.
• Working knowledge of front-end development concepts and how design translates into implementation.
• Ability to create clear, accessible, and user-focused design solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality design work.

• Experience contributing to style guides, pattern libraries, or design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices in digital design.
• Experience reviewing creative work and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to adapt existing brand standards for new digital experiences.
• Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

The pay range for this role is $37 - $71 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
