Senior Copywriter

We’re looking for a Senior Copywriter to partner with a Senior Art Director and co-lead creative across a wide breadth of clients.

In this role, you’ll take campaigns from brief to production – interrogating strategy, driving core concepts and writing across digital, social, broadcast and experiential touchpoints. You’ll have the freedom to run with projects, pitch your vision directly to clients and oversee production details to make sure the work lands as intended.

• Lead big-idea conceptualization and tactical copywriting, delivering high-impact campaign ideas from initial pitch through execution.
• Partner closely with Strategy to interrogate briefs, translate insights into compelling creative directions, and address key business objectives.
• Co-lead the creative vision across multiple accounts alongside a Senior Art Director partner, maintaining high creative standards and mutual collaboration.
• Write and craft copy tailored across all channels, including digital, social, broadcast, audio, print and non-traditional touchpoints.
• Oversee copy integrity throughout the production process, collaborating with directors, voice talent and production teams to bring the work to life.

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Creative Copywriter in an advertising or creative agency environment.
• Exceptional skill in headline writing, short and long-form storytelling and conceptual execution, with a proven ability to seamlessly adapt tone across diverse brands and audiences.
• Hands-on experience conceptualizing and producing work across digital, social, broadcast, radio/audio, print and non-traditional/experiential platforms.
• Deep curiosity and connection to pop culture, modern trends and emerging digital behaviors.
• Proven ability to take full ownership of campaigns and lead day-to-day creative work alongside a Senior Art Director partner with minimal direction.
• Strong presentation and pitching skills, with the confidence to articulate creative vision passionately and clearly to both internal leadership and external clients.
• Flawless grammar, editing and proofreading skills with strict attention to detail.
• A self-starter attitude with a highly collaborative, solution-oriented approach to creative challenges.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

$125,000 - $135,000 a year

The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 USD. Exactly where a prospective employee will be paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, the candidate’s depth of experience and qualifications in relation to the job description and the actual job duties of the role.
