Production Artist

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Production Artist to support retail creative production for a Long-term Contract position based in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role focuses on preparing and refining visual assets for both print and digital use while maintaining consistency across established brand standards. The ideal candidate brings strong Adobe Creative Cloud expertise, works accurately under multiple deadlines, and can independently adapt existing materials for a range of campaign needs.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare, revise, and finalize creative files for print and digital distribution with a strong focus on accuracy and readiness.

- Adjust existing artwork by resizing layouts, updating content, and modifying visual elements to fit new formats and specifications.

- Apply brand standards consistently across marketing materials to ensure visual alignment and quality.

- Review files carefully to catch formatting issues, design inconsistencies, and production errors before release.

- Manage several assignments at once while organizing priorities to meet overlapping deadlines with minimal supervision.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate creative direction into production-ready deliverables.

- Support print execution by following file setup best practices and coordinating details related to production requirements.

- Use design and workflow tools as needed to maintain efficiency across asset development and revision cycles. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in a production art or related creative production role.

- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

- Demonstrated experience preparing files for both print and digital output.

- Ability to update, reformat, and repurpose existing creative assets for multiple channels.

- Strong attention to detail with a consistent approach to proofreading and quality control.

- Experience working within established brand guidelines and maintaining visual consistency.

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects independently in a deadline-driven environment.

- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Workfront, or Asana is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
