Graphic Designer

Description We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support creative initiatives through visually compelling digital and print materials for a Contract position based in Plymouth, Minnesota. This opportunity is well suited to someone who can translate brand direction into effective marketing assets while balancing multiple deadlines and project priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong design judgment, technical fluency with leading Adobe tools, and the ability to produce engaging content that strengthens brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

- Create visually effective marketing materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, advertisements, and banner graphics.

- Develop design concepts that align with established brand standards and contribute to consistent brand recognition.

- Use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Dreamweaver, to produce and update creative assets.

- Collaborate with internal partners to interpret project goals and turn ideas into clear, audience-focused visual solutions.

- Prepare layouts, graphics, and production-ready files with attention to accuracy, formatting, and overall presentation quality.

- Manage multiple design assignments at once while maintaining deadlines and adapting to shifting business needs.

- Refine existing materials and build new collateral that supports campaigns, promotions, and broader communication efforts. Requirements - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Dreamweaver.

- Demonstrated experience designing advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and other marketing collateral.

- Strong understanding of visual branding principles and how design supports brand awareness.

- Ability to create effective layouts for both digital and print formats.

- Excellent attention to detail, including file preparation, typography, and visual consistency.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects in a deadline-driven environment. Innovation starts with people.®
