You like to be behind the lens, and you’ve got an eye for filming expressive images — sounds like you’re a budding videographer. The Minnesota Daily is looking for student videographers who enjoy fast-paced environments and who are ready to tell visual stories about the University of Minnesota community.

Responsibilities Shoot and collaborate with the producer to edit videos

Work with reporters to create media that best emphasizes their story

Pitch their own video story ideas

Effectively communicate with video producer and sources

Qualifications

Must be a University of Minnesota Student Must demonstrate knowledge of video editing

Respect for deadlines and should demonstrate willingness to learn

Strong work ethic & self-motivated
