The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be the main point of contact for providing quotes, follow up, processing orders, providing updates or clarifications, and be the first point of contact and act as the go-between for customers, prospective customers and internal contacts.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone & email.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing etc. in lieu of work experience
