We are partnering with a company the HVAC industry and are looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator on their behalf!
Preferably looking to hire someone with 3+ years of Customer Coordination experience within a Construction or HVAC setting.
PositionCustomer Service Coordinator
SummaryResponsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating order processing and shipping, and supporting inside sales activities. Provides timely responses to product, process, technical, and logistics inquiries while maintaining a smooth customer experience across departments.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a professional, customer‑focused attitude while serving as a point of contact for clients, distributors, and sales reps.
- Coordinate with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Accounting to ensure accurate quotes, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
- Process orders from national reps and distributors, communicate lead times, monitor inventory levels, and manage backordered items.
- Track order status, update customers on changes, and resolve issues related to product availability, freight, or delivery.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and material planning with the Supply Chain team.
- Work with freight carriers, including international logistics, to prepare necessary shipping documentation.
- Provide small email quotes for add‑on orders as needed.
- 3+ years in order processing, fulfillment, or customer service.
- High school diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), plus familiarity with ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong communication, time management, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
- Pay range
: $65k-$75k (depending on experience) - Schedule
