I opened my agency in 2013 after spending time in pharmaceutical sales, driven by a long-standing goal of becoming a business owner. I completed my undergraduate studies at Minnesota State Moorhead and earned my graduate degree from North Dakota State University. Outside of work, I have a background in MMA and boxing, which has shaped a disciplined, focused, and resilient approach to leadership.
Our team includes four members, and we operate with a strong sense of accountability and ownership in everything we do.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ashkan Morvari - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
