Superior Ford - Plymouth, MN
Superior Ford is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Service Assistant / Driver to join our busy service department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry, with advancement opportunities available for the right candidate.
As a key member of our service team, you will support daily operations, assist customers, and help ensure a positive service experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist Service Advisors with customer communications.
- Schedule service appointments and support front-end service operations.
- Coordinate vehicle pickup and delivery for customers.
- Provide shuttle transportation for customers as needed.
- Park, move, and wash customer and dealership vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (service advisor, technician, porter, or support role). Or related industry.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with CDK Dealer Management System is a plus.
- General automotive knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
