** Job Summary
** Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians; and daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions in the Glass Markets.

Job Duties
*** Order Auto Glass and Route Glass Technicians’ day for assigned markets
* Communicate with Glass General Managers about any issues and go over the schedule for the next day
* Getting approval on any aftermarket parts that are not automatically approved and need to be used
* Go over previous day jobs to make sure a technician was able to mark them complete or not complete
* Assist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the scheduler
* Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
** Skill/Requirements
*** 1 year of Glass CSR Experience preferred
* Attention to detail
* Very Reliable and able a team player
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Able to type 40+ words a minute and be a great multitasker
