Call Center Specialist

Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Call Center Specialist to support a team in Bloomington, Minnesota. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys assisting customers, handling high call volumes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and account details

Resolve customer concerns and escalate more complex issues as needed

Document call details and update records in internal systems

Follow established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow

Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information

Collaborate with team members and other departments to support customer needs

Meet performance metrics related to call quality, efficiency, and customer satisfactio

Requirements

Requirements:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and call management systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Reliable and consistent attendance with a high level of accountability
