At Standard Heating, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives on helping people and creating exceptional customer experiences. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in supporting homeowners and helping them stay comfortable year-round.

What You'll Do
- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
- Schedule routine and demand service, maintenance, and sales appointments.
- Help customers understand available products, services, and membership plans.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Efficiently route & dispatch on-call Service Technicians as needed.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and support business initiatives.
- Utilize CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other automated customer service tools.
- Assist with customer mailings and special projects.
- Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday + Rotating Saturday Mornings
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of customer service, call center, or related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort with phones, computers, data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Dependable, patient, and customer-focused mindset.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- College coursework or degree is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
