Job Description

Our client is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

+ Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, scheduling, reminders, or customer support

+ Resolve customer issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department

+ Document all customer interactions accurately in the system

+ Provide product, service, or account information to customers

+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism on every call

+ Meet productivity, attendance, and quality assurance standards

+ Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment

Requirements

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ 1+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience preferred

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service software/data entry systems

+ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure

+ Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
