People Serving People, the largest emergency shelter for families in Minnesota, is seeking an On-Call Guest Services Associate. In this role, you'll ensure excellent customer service to our guests in a 24/7/365 operation.
Your responsibilities include greeting guests, processing intake paperwork, and responding to inquiries. We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Salary for the position is $25.00 hourly, alongside various benefits including 401(k) and reduced parking costs.
