Job Description
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support health insurance operations. In this role, you will assist members and providers with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility
. This is a high-volume call center environment, handling approximately 50‑60 inbound calls daily
, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently resolve issues.
- Respond to inbound calls from members and healthcare providers
- Address questions related to claims processing, benefit coverage, and eligibility verification
- Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Investigate and resolve issues using problem‑solving skills
- Document interactions and updates in internal systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Proven experience in call center or high‑volume customer service environments (required)
- Healthcare or insurance experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self‑motivated with a desire to grow and advance professionally
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with:
- Microsoft Teams
- Word
- Excel
Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN
.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr
