Call Center Representative
Our client is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Call Center Representative to join their team. In this role, you will handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with questions and concerns, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a strong problem solver, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Make outbound calls as needed for follow-up, scheduling, reminders, or customer support
- Resolve customer issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
- Provide product, service, or account information to customers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism on every call
- Meet productivity, attendance, and quality assurance standards
- Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative work environment
