Poquet Auto is a fast-paced auto dealership seeking a full-time front desk coordinator. Ideal candidates have one year customer service experience and must be organized, respectful, responsible, customer focused, and task-oriented. Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and ability to handle detail-oriented work is critical.
Job duties include:
- Answering multi line phone systems and greeting customers.
- Providing professional, exceptional customer service and processing customer orders.
- Troubleshoot and research customer inquiries.
- Data Entry.
- Closing out on all documents related to the purchase including state and loan documents.
Alternating weekly schedule:
Week A:
Monday-Friday. 10:00-6:00
Week B:
Tuesday-Saturday 10:00-6:00
Friday & Saturdays are 8:00-5:00.
Sunday off every week (closed).
Education/
Experience:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
