YOUR SCHEDULE

Our Customer Care Associate works from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

YOUR DAY

In this administrative role, you're the main point of contact for our customers, and you assist them however you can. You answer phone calls, warmly greet clients, and learn about their electrical service needs. Attentively, you record client information, schedule appointments, and efficiently dispatch electricians to jobs. An uplifting attitude and desire to help are must-haves as you make outbound phone calls and respond to service requests from our website.

This office position keeps you on your toes as you address concerns, solve problems, and provide exceptional customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate is experienced with a CRM like Service Titan, but it's not required. Here's what we're looking for:

  • Excellent phone communication and listening skills
  • Administrative skills, organizational abilities, and strong time management skills
  • Presentation skills
  • Customer service mindset and ability to interact with different kinds of people
