Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to support tickets in a timely manner and communicate with customers to address concerns.
- Engage in live chat and/or phone support when available.
- Maintain a high level of online availability to ensure tickets are handled promptly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English language skills – communication must be at or near native speaker level.
- Technical knowledge of Word Press, CPanel, and WHM; additional experience with network administration and server management is a plus.
- Comfortable handling of customer interactions and confident addressing of concerns, even when solutions are not immediately available.
- Ability to be online for a significant portion of the day, beyond standard 9‑5 hours, to cover support tickets that arrive at any time.
- Preferred:
Prior experience in web hosting customer service.
