Use your customer service and inside-sales skills to help pet parents plan the perfect stay for their pets! Stone Mountain Pet Lodge, the North Metro's premier pet-care destination, is hiring Customer Service & Inside Sales Specialists Reservation Specialists to join our Customer Service team. You'll combine warm customer service with consultative inside-sales skills to help pet owners book lodging, daycare, and grooming while recommending activity packages that ensure a great experience for every pet.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from new and existing customers
• Follow a consultative inside-sales process to recommend upgrades and activity packages
• Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations accurately and efficiently
• Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
• Achieve individual and team sales goals

What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years of inside-sales, call-center/customer-service experience
• Confident, persuasive communication style
• Ability to meet goals while maintaining excellent service
• Strong computer and multitasking skills
