Customer Service Representative (Hybrid)
In partnership with Doherty Staffing Solutions, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic and creative manufacturing team known for its innovation and commitment to delivering joyful, high-quality products to customers around the world.
This position plays a key role in providing exceptional service and support to clients—handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $26.00/hr
Full‑time, Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day remote). Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional additional hours based on business needs.
What You’ll Do- Manage the processing of customer orders from pre‑shipment through delivery.
- Receive, analyze, and promptly respond to customer communications.
- Serve as the first line of support, providing product and service information.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
- Recommend process improvements and contribute to team success.
- Provide backup coverage for other representatives and assist with administrative tasks.
- 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent attention to detail with solid data entry and computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and independently.
- Problem‑solving mindset and a collaborative attitude.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
- Post‑secondary education in business, accounting, or sales is preferred.
