Job Title: Office Assistant / Receptionist
Details:
- Schedule: 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
- Location: 100% in office in Edina, MN
- Type: Contract to hire on permanent after 90 working days
Job Duties/Description:
- Delivered exceptional customer service through 30-50 inbound calls daily, assisting travelers with reservations, documentation requirements, and travel-related questions.
- Responded to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional communication.
- Guided clients through passport, visa, and international travel requirements, helping them prepare for successful travel experiences.
- Assisted customers with uploading and verifying required travel documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provided troubleshooting support for technology and process-related issues, patiently guiding clients through solutions and next steps.
- Resolved escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism while maintaining strong customer relationships and a high level of guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1 year of customer service experience; retail/hospitality/or restaurant industry experience works!
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- High degree of patience and conflict de-escalation skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills, including listening, researching and decision-making skills.
- Capability to work independently.
