Pay$17.00 - $18.00 per hour.
Available Shifts8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Training schedule: 2 days, 9:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Qualifications & Requirements- Previous customer service, call center, contact center, administrative, or related experience preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally assist customers over the phone.
- Ability to follow detailed scripts, procedures, and compliance guidelines with accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data entry and documentation skills.
- Comfortably handle confidential information while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to navigate computer systems, enter information accurately, and learn new software platforms.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to understand customer questions and provide appropriate responses.
- Reliable and dependable with the ability to work scheduled shifts in a structured call center environment.
- Bilingual Spanish communication skills are preferred and may be eligible for additional pay consideration.
