Kaleidoscope Group PBC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager, Scale to own a scaled portfolio of self-service accounts. This hybrid role is based in Minneapolis with three days on-site and two days remote, focusing on day-to-day support, renewal, and expansion outcomes.
You will drive customer success by resolving issues quickly, helping customers become self-sufficient, and proactively managing renewal pathways while collaborating with Account Managers for complex terms.
