Part Time Service Desk

Cub Blaine South on Northtown Drive is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time front‑end position that will assist with cashier, service desk and CSM duties. Front‑end team members at Cub follow front‑end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintaining positive customer relations, and expedient processing of all orders. This position requires ongoing customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.

• Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates.
• Perform product scanning and processing of customer orders in an accurate, efficient and prompt manner.
• Ensure proper handling of all forms of tender and coupons.
• Ensure accurate handling of all voids, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Assist with customer questions or requests.
• Assist with front‑end maintenance and cleaning.

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.).
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Memorization, reading, writing and math skills.
• On‑going customer interaction required, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment required; direct supervision may not be immediately available at times.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age and older.
