TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Plymouth, MN. This contract-to-hire role requires handling inbound calls and emails, creating quotes, orders and POs in SAP, and coordinating between customers and internal teams.
You will identify parts, track jobs in the ERP system, and support special product requests. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service in manufacturing or logistics, 1+ year in an ERP system (SAP preferred), and 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience.
