Position: SPANISH BILINGUAL Customer Service Representative
Description

We are seeking a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an onsite role for a customer-focused professional who is passionate about helping others and delivering excellent service in both English and Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers in both English and Spanish

+ Answer incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner

+ Resolve customer issues, complaints, and questions efficiently

+ Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems

+ Process orders, account updates, and service requests as needed

+ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

+ Support team goals by meeting service and productivity expectations

+ Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a strong customer experience

Requirements

+ Fluent in both Spanish and English, including verbal and written communication

+ Previous customer service, call center, or administrative support experience preferred

+ Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

+ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer management systems

+ High school diploma or equivalent required
