This position handles inbound customer service calls. Provides timely, effective and professional responses to a variety of customer inquiries while consistently ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experience during every interaction. Identify the customer's needs, suggest products and services. Maintains and modifies customer records, utilizing various databases to verify and retrieve data while responding to order inquiries, placing new and /or re‑orders.

Resolves product or service problems by selecting the appropriate action to expedite the immediate resolution while delivering optimal customer experience.

• Education and Experience:
  
  Basic knowledge of computers.

  HS/GED and 1 year of Customer service.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• The compensation range for this position is $16.00 - $16.10 hourly.
• This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan.
• The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
