We’re currently looking for a highly professional, customer service-focused, and career-minded Customer Service Individual in the Minneapolis-St. Paul Area. Our Customer Service Team is responsible for the day to day emails and phone calls from our daily parkers/contract parkers.

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls regarding questions/concerns our parkers have.
• Maintaining our Email Inbox. Answering questions and supporting our current customers.
• Maintaining our Citations Portal (answering disputes through our Citation Portal).

What We’re Looking For

• 1 Year Customer Service Experience
• Age Requirement: 18+
