Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.

+ Assist customers with account inquiries, orders, products, services, and general questions.

+ Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information in a timely manner.

+ Document customer interactions and update records within company systems.

+ Research issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.

+ Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing outstanding customer service.

+ Meet established call center performance goals, including quality, productivity, and attendance standards.

+ Navigate multiple computer systems while managing customer interactions.

+ Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 1+ year of customer service, call center, administrative, retail, or related experience preferred.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

+ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude.
