SCA Customer Service Representative

Job Title

This position is full time (40 hours/week), Monday
- Friday and rotating Saturdays. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our assigned, 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 6:00 am - 12:00 am CST from Monday
- Friday and a rotating shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST every other Saturday. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime and weekends.

We offer 8 weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday
- Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home.

• High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age OR older
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to attend 100% of training for 8 weeks between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CST, Monday
  - Friday
• Ability to work any of our assigned, full time (40 hours/week), 8-hour shift schedules during our normal hours of operations of 6:00 am - 12:00 am CST from Monday
  - Friday and a rotating shift between the hours of 7:00 am - 5:00 pm CST every other Saturday, including the flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends given the business need

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Word (creating and editing word documents), Microsoft Excel (general spreadsheet navigation, data entry and sorting), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar)
• Experience with working in the Healthcare Industry
• Experience in working with Medicaid OR Medicare
• Military experience

• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Must live in a location that can receive a United Health Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service (UHG requires a wired internet connection: cable, DSL or fiber internet service with Minimum speed standard of 25 Mb download/10-15 Mb upload. Wireless services such as satellite, hot spot, line of sight antenna cannot be used for telecommuting.)

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16 - $29 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
