City of Edina is seeking a 911 Dispatcher to handle emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch units, and maintain critical records. You will operate CAD and radio systems, coordinate with police and fire responders, and support on-shift coverage across days, evenings, and overnights.
The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of related customer service experience or two years of higher education. Training is provided as part of the on-boarding process.
