Key Responsibilities- Support daily front-end operations to ensure efficient and accurate transaction processing
- Assist with monitoring cash handling procedures and resolving minor discrepancies
- Provide support and direction to front-end staff during daily operations
- Ensure front-end areas are organized, clean, and operating efficiently
- Assist in maintaining customer service standards and resolving customer issues
- Support scheduling and workflow coordination for front-end staff
